Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0
With Industry 4.0 standards, quality—which we can broadly describe as the extent to which a given product or service satisfies a particular need—has taken on a new dimension and meaning.
With the advent of Industry 4.0, digital transformation has quickly advanced to the forefront of all processes in terms of mobility, sustainability, transparency, and data management.
Positive changes were observed in processes including production, supply chain, and design as a result of this shift.
We believe that this transformation should include quality processes. The transformation brought by Industry 4.0 will make it more challenging than ever to focus on ensuring quality assurance, especially in production and product quality processes.
In our opinion, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality in Industry 4.0 transformation processes and ensuring quality assurance should be among the most important priorities.
In line with Quality 4.0 standards and taking into account the transformation and digitalization processes brought on by Industry 4.0.
MERGA is developing the Quality Assurance Platform software system. This system aims to provide quality assurance in all processes from the design stage to the mass production stage, from the mass production stage to the completion of the product lifecycle.
